These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and jalivo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the jalivo website located at https://jalivo.club and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, payment processing, account management, and promotional programmes.

By completing the jalivo account registration process, by making a deposit, or by placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand their content, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. jalivo reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any account holder at any time. Acceptable documentation includes a government-issued national identity card, passport, or birth certificate. The Platform may suspend or restrict account activity, including the processing of withdrawals, until satisfactory age verification has been completed.

To access the full range of jalivo services, you must register a personal account. Each individual may hold only one active account on the jalivo Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact details. You must promptly update your account information if any details change. jalivo accepts no liability for any losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your jalivo account — whether authorised by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify jalivo immediately at [email protected].

jalivo reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close any account at its sole discretion, including where it has reason to believe that the information provided is inaccurate, incomplete, or fraudulent, or where the account has been used in breach of these Terms.

All financial transactions on the jalivo Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. jalivo processes transactions in real time where technically possible, though processing times may vary depending on the payment method and the account verification status of the User.

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount may differ and is subject to the specific terms of each payment method as published on the Platform. jalivo reserves the right to amend minimum and maximum transaction limits at any time, with reasonable notice provided where practicable.

• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your jalivo account balance in real time. Card deposits may take up to 15 minutes to process.
• Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests are reviewed by jalivo's payments team. Processing times depend on the selected method and any pending verification requirements. jalivo targets same-day processing for verified accounts.
• Verification: jalivo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. This may include proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Currency: All account balances, bets, winnings, and transaction records are displayed and settled in BDT. jalivo does not accept or process transactions in foreign currencies.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit into your jalivo account, or to a method that has been verified and approved by the jalivo payments team. This policy is in place to prevent fraud and money laundering. jalivo complies with applicable anti-money-laundering standards and may be required by law to report suspicious transactions.

jalivo may, at its discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions, and other promotional incentives to new and existing account holders. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and conditions attached to each promotion, which are published alongside the relevant offer on the Platform. In the event of any inconsistency between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail solely with respect to that promotion.

Unless the specific terms of a promotion state otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all jalivo promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and may only be used for betting and gaming on jalivo. Bonus funds cannot be transferred or withdrawn as cash until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.
• Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet using the bonus (and in some cases the associated deposit) before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier, e.g., 30x means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets and live casino games may contribute at different rates. The contribution rates for each game or product category are specified in the individual promotion terms.
• jalivo reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings if it determines that the bonus has been claimed in bad faith, through abuse of promotional mechanics, or in breach of these Terms.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.
• All bonuses are intended for personal entertainment use only. The use of bonus funds as part of any arbitrage, hedging, or matched-betting strategy is prohibited and may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.

jalivo reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or modify any promotion at any time. Where a promotion has already been accepted by a User, jalivo will honour the terms of that promotion as they stood at the time of acceptance, except where fraud or abuse is detected.

All sports bets placed on jalivo are subject to the general betting rules set out in this clause and to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published on the Platform. By placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet confirmation reference number. jalivo reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its absolute discretion, including where incorrect odds have been published due to a technical error.
• Odds: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is accepted. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the moment of acceptance, as shown on your bet confirmation.
• Void bets: jalivo reserves the right to void any bet where the event to which it relates has been abandoned, postponed, or otherwise affected in a manner that renders the original bet terms inapplicable. Voided bets are returned to your account balance at the original stake.
• In-play betting: Live in-play bets are accepted subject to the availability of the market and the status of the event. In-play odds change rapidly, and jalivo accepts no liability for losses arising from the acceptance of in-play bets during temporary network disruptions affecting your connection speed.
• Winnings: Winnings are credited to your jalivo account balance following the settlement of the relevant event. Settlement is based on official results as confirmed by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BPL, FIFA).
• Maximum payout: jalivo may apply maximum single-bet and accumulator payout limits as published on the Platform. Any winnings in excess of these limits will be capped at the stated maximum.

jalivo's casino product includes live dealer games and slots provided by third-party game suppliers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Pragmatic Play Live, Ezugi, Microgaming, NetEnt, and Spribe, among others. • Opening or operating more than one jalivo account.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using the Platform while under the age of 18.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including but not limited to payment fraud, identity fraud, or chargeback fraud.
• Deliberately exploiting errors in odds, game software, or promotional systems (commonly referred to as "gnoming", "bonus abuse", or "arbitrage") to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with the Platform in a non-human manner.
• Attempting to collude with other Users or with any jalivo employee to influence game or bet outcomes.

• Engaging in money laundering or any other financial crime using the jalivo Platform.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing jalivo staff or other Platform users.

All content on the jalivo Platform, including but not limited to the jalivo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, and game content provided under licence from third-party suppliers, is protected by intellectual property rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the jalivo Platform without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use of jalivo intellectual property may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jalivo and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to technical malfunctions, network outages, or server downtime.
• Losses arising from incorrect odds published as a result of a technical error.
• Any loss, damage, or expense arising from the unauthorised access to your account as a result of your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Interruptions to the jalivo service caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including force majeure events.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jalivo's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jalivo collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms and forms part of the agreement between you and jalivo. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jalivo will not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. These Terms & Conditions shall be construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising between you and jalivo in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation before initiating any formal proceedings.

jalivo's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of these Terms, the settlement of bets, and the administration of account balances shall be final and binding, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rights that may apply under applicable law and that cannot be excluded by contract.
